Contract staffing
Workers on our payroll, working on your line, under your supervision.
Included
- Recruitment, screening, contract, payroll
- Social security registration, workmen’s compensation
- PPE issue, daily attendance
- Shift coordination and replacement cover
Excluded
- Training on your process
- Your production targets
- Any supervision decision
- Transport unless contracted separately
Delivered
- A named worker at the gate at shift start
- A daily attendance report by 09:00
- One invoice a month with the statutory lines itemised
Minimum engagement8 workers, 3 months. Below that we are the wrong firm and will say so.
Recruitment, permanent
We find the person, you employ them directly.
Included
- Role definition, sourcing, screening
- Two shortlists, interview scheduling
- Reference checks, offer support
Excluded
- Any guarantee that a hire stays. We replace once inside 90 days; after that the role is a new engagement.
Delivered
- A shortlist of three to five, with a written note on each explaining why they are on the list and what the risk is
- Operator / technician: 10–14 days · Supervisor: 3–5 weeks · Engineer with a specific process: we will tell you honestly if we cannot
Payroll and statutory administration
Your own employees, our payroll and filings.
Included
- Monthly payroll run, payslips
- Social-security filing, withholding-tax filing, annual PND.1 Kor
- Leave records
Excluded
- Bookkeeping and financial statements. Tax planning.
- Anything requiring a licensed accountant’s signature — we will refer you.
Delivered
- Payslips by the 25th, filings before the statutory deadline, a filing receipt for every submission
What we do not staff
Not staffed, and we say so: no security guards. No drivers of anything over 3.5 tonnes. No forklift operators unless you supply the licence check. No cleanroom or food-handling roles. No offshore or marine. No workers under 18, ever. No foreign workers without a valid work permit already in hand — we do not arrange permits, and any firm that offers to should worry you.
Gate Two Personnel is not a real firm. The company, its staff, the licence number, the address, the engagements described and every figure are invented for this demo. No real client, worker or factory is depicted or referred to.
