| Employer of record | We are. Contract workers are our employees. Their social security, workmen’s compensation and wage liability sit with us, in writing. |
| Your liability | Workplace safety and supervision remain yours — that is not us shifting risk, it is the law, and any firm implying otherwise is misleading you. |
| Insurance | Public liability, and workmen’s compensation via the statutory fund |
| Injury on your line | Reported to the Fund by us within the statutory period. You get a copy of the report the same day. |
| Audit | You may audit our payroll and social-security filings for workers on your site, once a quarter, on notice |
